Scope
Design and project management of a 500sqm residence on a 720sqm lot. The design requirement is a 2-floor residential structure which has 5 bedrooms and ample garden space. The concept for the design is a fusion of contemporary and Asian (Filipino) flavor with particular attention to daylighting and sustainable building utilities and materials.
